Born on the 28th of November in a small city called Hamont, Belgium. At his 13th, Simon started to listening to cd's like Ferry Corsten live @ Innercity 1999; Tiesto's In Search of Sunrise 2 & 3 and Magik 6. The melodies combined with strong beats opened a new musical world for Simon.

The feeling for trance got even more boosted when his brother, Jonas Steur, started to produce tracks and signed them to Blackhole Recordings. Thanks to Jonas getting more populair in the trance scene, Simon got more intrested into the music and heard a lot of new tracks all the time.

In 2006 Simon started his own Breaking Free Radio broadcasts on Afterhours.fm. Simon is dedicated to Electronic Dance Music and plays diverse dj sets combining the best elements of Trance, House and Techno.
