Soul Preacher

The guy well known as Soul Preacher in the DJ world is really called Ludwig Buez.

Born in Belgium, it was in the early 90's that he discovered electronic music. In 1995, he decided to buy his first turntable and began to teach himself the Art of Dee-Jaying. 4 years later, in 1999, he took a step further moving fully into the Industrial Techno World. Then, the ball really started rolling when he bought his first sampler and started to construct his own music studio in Y2K... the producer was born...

Musically, Soul Preacher was and is still heavy influenced by a mixture between Italian & German sound, he's big fan of Danilo Vigorito,Johannes Heil, Rino Cerrone, Marco Carola, Anthony Rother & more.... After having produced several EP for labels such as Konsequent Records and Pocket (N.E.W.S.), he decided it was time to start up his own label. It's in the end of year 2003 that he started to build up Kroma recordings, in association with Dj Xentrix. 2 years later (end of 2005), his second label called Perverse Muzik was launched. Soul Preacher also mades stuff for Genetic Recordings, Q-Records, Zeabise... As a DJ, his style is described as "Groovy and Energetic Techno" including lots of cutting, scratching and industrial effects. His latest bookings allowed him to perform alongside great DJ & artists names like Claude Young, Steve Bicknell,Vitalic, Oxia, Slam, Space DJ'z, Mark Broom, Alexander Kowalski, Darren Price,Tonio, Marco Bailey, Stanny Franssen and many more...
