PartagerRampe D élargit de nouveau ses horizons artistiques, et cette fois-ci vers l'ouest: à Paris. Julien et Gonzague sont originaires de Lyon, [...], où ils signent quelques titres sur le respecté label Mirage Records.
Ils démontrent de manière impressionnante comment ils concoivent le mot "Techno": dur, intransigeant et avec une partie appropriée de Funk Old-School. En d'autres termes: la Techno comme elle est écrit dans les livres.
A1. "Mo,key Tune"
Morceau bien groovy et assez "aéré" [...].
A2. "Rituals"
Morceau en contraste avec le titre précédent, ainsi qu'avec le son Rampe D en général. En effet, le morceau est très minimal, et assez hypnotisant.
B1. "Climax"
LE morceau du disque: un mélange rebelle des arrangements acérés et de la fouettée de tambour retentit.
B2. "Stand Up"
Enfin, avec "Stand Up", Julien et Gonzague se rapportent à un point de vue clair et indubitable: la guerre - sans nous !
Suite à un an d'une guerre sans signification et sanglante en Irak, ce message est plus actuel que jamais. Une protestation décisive, retranscrite dans des beats Electro radicaux.
En conclusion ce disque est peut-être le disque le plus dur sortit sur Rampe D, et prouve que le label berlinois ne doit être rangée dans aucune catagorie.
"Rampe D is once again broadening its horizons and this time towards the west: to Paris. Julien & Gonzague – originating from Lyon, the rough French city on the Rhone, where they also run the respected underground label Mirage Records – impressively demonstrate how one spells „techno“: hard, uncompromising and with a proper portion of dirty, old-school funk. In other words: techno, like it’s written in the books.
The opening track on this 12 inch constitutes "Monkey Tune" – an rather airy, groovy techno track – easily sewn together but nevertheless straight to the point. Following directly is "Rituals": a track that alignes itself, in contrast to the other tracks, with the familiar Rampe D sound. Minimal, held-back bass-sounds slink through the whole track arrangement and hypnotize the listener right until the end note. "The Climax" is without doubt the absolute killer on this maxi: a rebellious mixture of biting drum arrangements and whipping sounds. Last but not least, with "Stand Up" Julien & Gonzague refer to a clear and unmistakable point of view: war – without us! After over one year of a meaningless and bloody war in Irak, this message is more current than ever. A decisive protest packaged in radical electro beats.
All in all this is perhaps the hardest record yet on Rampe D, and shows that the Berlin label is not to be forced into any one catagory. Techno like it should be: timeless, borderless and without flourish."

PS: veuillez m'excuser pour la traduction plus que minimale, mais j'ai cherché à rester fidèle à l'article original, ce qui explique notamment les courtes descriptions des morceaux 
en face A2 un morceau assez minimal, avec une petite mélodie electro;
en face B1 un morceau bien "hard";
et enfin en face B2 un morceau breakbeat avec des sonorités electro assez radicales effectivement, le tout complété par une nappe qui renforce le côté tragique du morceau.
