Composé par Johnny Dangerous aka Foremost Poets, ce titre est une pure merveille : un vocal que tout le monde reconnaît dès les premiers mots, qui contient notamment le fameux "this is only a test"...
Pour ceux qui ne verraientt toujours pas, voici l'ensemble des paroles : "Please do not be alarmed, remain calm. Do not attempt to leave the dancefloor. The DJ booth is conducting a troubleshoot test of the entire system. Somehow, while the party was in progress, an unidentified frequency has been existing in the system for some time. And while many of you have been made too brainwashed to comprehend, this frequency is, and has become a threat to our society as we know it.

ça fait quelques temps que je ne l'ai plus joué, 9 ans que c'est sorti!!! Ca nous rajeunit pas tout ça 
et ce vocal...mummm ce vocal ! certainement l'un des meilleurs que j'ai jamais entendu, qui te pose direct une ambiance. On le dirait tout droit sorti d'un film de Stanley Kubrick.

C'est clair, j'adore ce morceau : bien dark, assez futuriste, foid...

Le vocal est très bon, mais je ne dirais pas que c'est l'un des meilleurs (j'adore aussi JOE T VANELLI - Play With The Voice, DELIRIUM - Silence et MOTORCYCLE - As The Rush Comes).
Je l'ai découvert grace à LG à la techno parade 1998. C'est un des disques que j'ai le plus cherché à ce jour (pendant 4 ans, et heureusement qu'il y a eu un repressage). En 1998, je ne connaissais pas tous les shops que je connais aujourd'hui.

Le remix en face B de Adolphe n'est pas sur le press original sous "Soundmen on Wax"... Ce remix figure, avec l'original, sur un autre pressage sous "Amuk Records"...
