The organizers of PollerWiesen are happy to announce something wonderful. The line-up for the PollerWiesen Closing is complete and promises to deliver a crown on the end of the summer season. The two PollerWiesen events in Cologne and Dortmund already pointed out which immense euphoria is generated on the day of an event. Now the last edition can't be missed : get ready for the PollerWiesen Closing 2016 in Cologne's Jugendpark !
With memories of sun-blinded glasses and sweaty dances on the sold out Opening party on May 5th, the preparations are running on full speed and Pollerwiesen wishes to deliver a greater party than ever before. The PollerWiesen crew insists on excelling the Opening and booked a lot of leaders in the electronic dance music scene of today. The PollerWiesen community can start to get excited about the following artists : Maceo Plex, Len Faki, Andhim, Roman Flügel, Tobi Neumann and Junge Junge !
Maceo Plex is on a quest to inject feeling and funk into the world and he's proving to be quite good at it. His deep and funky works will beam the PollerWiesen crowd into galactic spheres and will make the day unforgettable.
Len Faki did not want to miss out on playing at PollerWiesen this time around either. The Berghain resident was booked for the Opening but couldn't play because of postponements. At the Closing he will enrich the crowd with an immense amount of techno.
The duo Andhim, known as sympathizers of "Super-House" will provide a super sweet party with their completely cool, humorous and casual performance on August 7th. The boys from Berlin and Cologne are a guarantee for a fresh party and are a steady value in the PollerWiesen roster.
Roman Flügel has been an institution in the German electronic dance music scene for nearly two decades. Flügel is a chameleon visiting many styles from ambient / idm to house, techno, electro and left field. The list of his highly influential projects and labels is long and recently he's made a name for himself again with various outstanding productions and DJ-Sets.
The Berlin guy, Tobi Neumann is a multi talented artist who already made a name for himself as producer of commercial jingles and movie soundtracks. Luckily that wasn't enough for him and he also started to dj. Nowadays he is regularly booked for Sven Väths Cocoon parties and a favourite in the German electro and techno scene.
What started as a common friendship became a relationship of soul-mates. Junge Junge always put a magical spell on their audience and infect listeners and party-goers alike with their unique vibe. The path of Junge Junge shows their vision : love, freedom and passion for music as a universal language of the world. At the PollerWiesen stage they will definitely also melt the hearts of the open air crowd.
True fans know : no matter who will stand behind the DJ desk - the PollerWiesen is a must-attend event and especially this one as the line-up is amazing !
