Daniel Grigore (Danni) was born in the summer of '85 at the seaside of Romania, Constantza. Being always interested in the piano playing, Danni grew up most of his childhood with classical, new age and ambiental music.

Over the time, the musical tastes needed to expand, so then by the winter of '97 Danni discovered trance music, loving it more each day that passed by. In early '02, inspired by the gods like Airwave, MIKE and Above & Beyond, he felt the need of expressing his own feelings into the production.

By the summer of '03 Danni is discovered by known producer Mike Shiver (Michael Wilkund), with whom he finishes a track called 'Lunation', released on Captured Music, Mike's own label in Sweden. The song captivated the attention of top jocks and ended on several compilations, including Armin van Buuren signed ones too.

Later that year Danni was asked by the norwegian duo 'Vascotia', to remix their debut song soon out on Somatic Sense Recordings, which reached number 1 in the Dutch Dance Charts, Alex Morph's M8 mag, and of course DJ Mag; also being played at Trance Energy by Misja Helsloot and selected a top tune by Johan Gielen.

Throughout the new year Danni has been busy in the studio, finishing his first EP called 'Desert Island' who also reached the top position #1 in the Dutch Dance Charts, vinyl sale charts, ranking high up in the Dancetrends Top30 NL aswell.

Over the year he has gained support from the top jocks like: Paul van Dyk, Armin van Buuren, DJ Precision, Rank 1, John O'Callaghan, Blank & Jones, Judge Jules, Above & Beyond, Mark Norman, Randy Katana, Cosmic Gate, Simon Patterson, Mark Sherry, DJ Choose, Yves Deruyter and many more!

Recently Danni has been living through some bad times in any meaning of it and has stopped producing and dj-ing for an unlimited period of time. Filling the holes, time, trying to heal himself, gathering inspiration, he will soon be back in early 2006 working on the second EP, new remixes, and a possible artist album.
