Lady Poune

Born in 1981, Cynthia is originary from dordogne France. Since her sweet childhood, music takes a big part of his life. Long time influenced by Hip-Hop, she get deeper into electronic music with the first rave parties : at this time, I didnt listen to techno music, but I knew that I wanted to decome a dj.

At the age of 15, the whole story started when she bought her first turntables. Surrounded by lots of djs, she teamed up with them in a collective called Fanatek. Parties by parties, her reputation never stopped growing. She played in lots of parties and radio shows and attracted the respect of everybody. In her livesets, you can feel her influence of hiphop, even in her favourite tribal groove sessions.

In 2004, she moved to Bordeaux and her evolution changed to another dimension. She played in every club of the city (4sans, Fatkat). With proper dj performance, her livesets are always impressing people. Thanks to this, she played in every big city of the country (Toulouse, Montpellier, Strasbourg, Bayonne) and also in Germany. At the end of 2004, she teamed up with another collective called Pussypower from Strasbourg with 4 other girl dj.

In 2005, she started producing music and actually works on different projects, influenced by famous techno producers as Ben Sims, Preach, Umek, or Marco Nastic
