Kennen gelernt haben sich July de Lane und Anie auf der Tanzfläche einer Party. Schicksal? Zufall? Ganz egal... Glück war es mit Sicherheit, denn die beiden Ladies, die sich nicht nur verdammt ähnlich sehen, sind ein Muss für jede Party. Die Liebe zur Musik brachte beide an die Plattenteller. Das Projekt 2Elements war geboren!

Am Anfang legten Sie eher regional auf, aber schnell war klar, diesen Sound braucht nicht nur Thüringen…

Ihr unverwechselbarer Stil von glamourösen, treibenden Ibizasounds und knalligen Elektrobeats, gepaart mit potentiellen Hits, ist den beiden Djanes wie auf den Leib geschneidert. Es dauerte nicht lange und das Label Superstar Recordings wurde auf die zwei Mädels hinter den Decks aufmerksam. Kurze Zeit später wurde der Vertrag unterschrieben.

Jetzt hieß es Maßstäbe setzen und die Musik noch mehr in sich aufzusaugen. Ab nun galt es, nicht nur 2Elements aktiv nach außen zu verkörpern, sondern auch sich mittels eigener Ideen und Produktionen zu entwickeln, zu etablieren und dem Ganzen die besondere, eigene Note zu verleihen.

Ihr Remixdebüt gaben sie für Axwell´s „Watch The Sunrise“. Ein Remix für Steve Angello´s und Axwell´s „Supermode“ folgte, mit einem Ergebnis, das sich sehen lassen kann! Der Mix wurde nicht nur von sämtlichen Toplabels wie Ministry of Sound lizenziert, sondern auch in den Mixmag Bigtunes auf Platz 1 als bester Mix gekürt. Neben aktuellen Remixaufträgen basteln July und Anie nun an ihrer Debüt-Single. Auch DJ technisch gab es große Fortschritte. Aus regional wurde international!

Und der Weg geht weiter, denn Musik ist ein unendlicher Emotionspfad mit vielen wunderschönen Seitenstraßen.

July de Lane and Anie got to know each other on a party´s dancefloor. Destiny? Chance? Whatever... It was definitely luck, because the two ladies, who do not only look very similar, are a must for every party. The passion for music brought both to the turntables. The project 2Elements was born!

At the beginning they played rather regional, but soon it was clear that this sound is not only needed by Thüringen…

Their distinctive style of glamorous, pushing Ibiza sounds and impulsive electro beats, paired with potential hits, are like tailor-made for the two DJanes. It did not take long until the label Superstar Recordings got attentive on the two girls behind the decks. A short time later the contract was signed.

Now it was time to set standards and to soak up the music even more. From now on it was important not only to represent the project actively to the public, but also to establish and develop it via own ideas and productions and to ward the whole thing with a special, own note.

2Elements gave their remix debut for Axwell´s “Watch The Sunrise“, followed by a remix for Steve Angello´s and Axwell´s “Supermode“ with a result that can be seen! The mix was not only licensed by all top labels like Ministry of Sound, it was also honoured with first position as best mix in the Mixbag Bigtunes. Besides ongoing remix orders July and Anie are currently working on their debut single. It also gave much progress in their DJ life, for regional became international!

And the way leads much further, because music is an endless emotional path with many fair and beautiful sideways.
