SWP, aka Simon Pinfold, bought his first first decks just over 3 years ago and has been playing Progressive, Trance and Electronica ever since. His passion in life is quality electronic music, which started as a schoolkid in the 80's with the likes of Depeche Mode, Kraftwerk, New Order, etc. In the 90's, he discovered clubbing and was immediately taken by the unique atmosphere of clubs such as The Hacienda and Cream. And then with the release of Paul Oakenfold's Goa Trance mix on Dragonfly, he was really hooked !

He listened to trance at every opportunity from that point, through the height of it's commercial popularity at the turn of the millenium and into the early 2000's. A complete convert to the digital generation, he is now almost exclusively using CD's in his sets and is producing his own tracks. Along with 2 friends, he has recently started his own night, Hypnotic and is producing and presenting a monthly internet radio show, Hypnotic Digital.
