Ed's love for creating an atmosphere, particularly during long early morning sets, is now starting to earn him the recognition he deserves with bookings taking him to previously unchartered territories, from the USA, where he played at the renowned Kontrol party in San Francisco... to a showcase of his Live set alongside MyMy at Watergate... to Djing at the infamous Panorama Bar in his new home town of Berlin. His release on Gumption records "Tillmans Uninfluence/Apples" and the acclaimed track "Eyespeak" which featured on Liebe*Detail, marked a new level of maturity in his sound. These tracks, put together with a wealth of new unreleased material and remixes form the basis of his new live project. Not content with simply playing his existing tracks in a "live" environment, Ed builds his live show layer by layer, leaving the arrangement up to him on the night, judging the atmosphere of the venue and the crowd...

His productions can glide smoothly through deep surging house, tense, stripped-back techno and warm, emotive melodies. This is shown off in
the various remix projects that he has been asked to complete over the last year, and span from the sparse, "power-house" of his "Stripped Mix" or Koljah & Oliver Deutschmann's "Eaten Back To Life", on Berlin's Konsequenz label, to the tough techno crank of his 'No Strings Remix' of Den's 'Basement', on fellow UK-come-Berlin artist Mark-Henning's Clever Music imprint. Ed also remixed the single from Hennings's debut album on Soma Records, twisting the original into a reduced tribalacidic monster, that won favour with both peak-time and after hours Djs across the board.

Ed's latest 12" release is for growing UK label Autoreply, featuring two classically-inspired analogue techno cuts that maintain his innovative and highquality approach to club music. More exciting projects are also planned, including the release of the first record in a collaborative party/production project with Berlinbased ex-pats Agaric and Beaner, forming 'The 3 Good Doctors'. A release party for this special launch record is planned at Berlin's Bar 25 in June '09 with much more to come.
