Maverickz

Native of Lille in northern of France, Maverickz is one of the most powerful DJ/Producers in France !

Born in 1983, and influenced by new trends in music, dance and 80s pop, he was conditioned to the rhythm from an early age. Living at the border of Belgium, he was influenced by the electronic sounds developing these big Belgian/French border nightclubs known today throughout the world.

He started DJing at the age of 18, and was quickly slotted in on a local radio station (Galaxy FM). Soon after, Contact - the French radio station for dance and electro quickly hired him. At the same time, Maverickz started trying his hand at production. The radio work allowed him to meet producers, which sparked his first remixes, and collaborations.

In 2008, he made his production debut on Big Big Soundz with Alpha Beta - a hymn which made a big impact on the radio and clubs. That was followed by "Calypso", "Follow me", "Waterlily", or" Zipopotamuz".

Today, Maverickz continues the productions and remixes, swinging between Progressive, Techno, or Teckhouse, always present in charts, and ranks now among the most anticipated young producers.
