Sarah Myers

Sarah Myers is one of the co-founders and resident DJs behind the Washington, DC based Life, one of the areas prominent parties. In it's third year, Life has become an essential part of DC's scene and has brought numerous DJs including Jamie Jones, Matt Tolfrey, Maya Jane Coles, M.A.N.D.Y, Seth Troxler, Tale of Us, Matthew Dear, and many more.

Surrounded by a wide range of music growing up, Sarah developed a passion for electronic music after being introduced to it by a friend in 2006. Eager to experience the music and it's culture, she immersed herself in the local scene. Recognizing the gap between commercial and underground dance music parties, Life (formerly mnmlife) was founded in 2009.

Emerging from behind the scenes, Sarah purchased a pair of turntables in early 2011 and began developing her skills as a DJ. She has played alongside Hot Natured's Lee Foss, and can be found playing at a number of events in the city.
