Hi,
Just want to introduce the LouLou Players band... Check out www.loulouplayers.com and discover their productions!!!
Here are some words about their last release:
Comments are welcome
Loulou Players have just released their electro-house stormer of an EP on Sharam Jey's hot electro-house label, King Kong Records, to great acclaim from DJs all over. It's just hit number 14 in the DMC Buzz chart, and charted at # 20 the week before, while it's currently at # 31 in the DJ Hype chart.
Building on the success of EP # 1, also on King Kong, and the recent Shaka remix, Loulou Players are definitely an act to watch.
The group is made up of super talented DJ-producers Gregg and Djerom, hailing from the lowlands of Belgium, plus English-born trash-diva, Lotus, on vocals. Gregg has a long history of DJing, scratching and producing, while younger Djerom has been catching up fast, with his "Music Please" nights being a huge success in Belgium. Lotus is a vocalist who loves to write lyrics that tease and challenge the dance floor.
Loulou Players EP #2
Tracks: Drive me crazy / Music Please / Fragil bag
King Kong records (KINGKONG016)

DJ comments
Mike Monday (Playtime / Various - UK)
"The bomb! Doin' it for me in my earholes! Played Drive Me Crazy 3 times and Fragil Bag once last weekend."
Marco Smith (colours Scotland, kiss kiss bang bang - Edinburgh)
"A dirty, dirty package. Music Please is massive."
Ki Creighton (Circus, Concrete, Vaults, Refine - Liverpool, Carlisle, Edinburgh)
"Drive me crazy" sounds like the bastard lovechild of Roman Flugel and Josh Wink...hot indeed! Music please keeps things going with the mad analogue bassline and the floor digs this kinda vibe up my way..."
Favourite Track / Mix: 2. ‘Music Please’
Lee Pattison (DMC Update / M8 / Various - UK)
'Sharam Jey’s King Kong label is on a proper roll with this and the last release “Shaka” setting a new standard for electro influenced big room house belters. This one also gets the prize for the most insane contribution to dance music this month (and last month as well). It’s Mr Oizo bass territory but taken to ludicrous new height of daft abandonment as that squiggly wiggly pulse insinuates itself into the cerebral cortex of each and every member of your dance floor and gives their rave gland a tight squeeze. Two more tracks follow up in a similar (deranged) vein creating a package you really have to seek out. M8/M8'
Gordon Kaye (Fez Club, Zodiac, Beduin and various - Reading, Oxford, London and all over)
"A fantastic EP. Drive me Crazy is excellent with its edgy raw electronic groove and Miss Kitten style rantings. Fragil Bag is my favourite with its solid synth hooks and driving bass. Both are receiving excellent floor response so far."
Nico De Ceglia (AKA/The End, Turnmills, Key, Egg - London)
"Cool electroid stuff from these guys and another good one from King Kong."
